My Story
I’m Lauren T., founder of The Glass Shatterer™ — a woman who knows the weight of ambition, heart, and purpose… and what it means to carry all three at once.
Let me share a glimpse of the journey that shaped my why.
I’ve earned the title of CEO, received prestigious designations from the business community, and been named Business Leader of the Year and Top Influencer in Business.
I hold an honorary doctorate in business — a milestone my younger self could hardly have imagined — and once delivered a commencement address to a stadium full of graduates, offering words I hoped would take root.
I’ve spoken on stages across the country, led global panel discussions alongside some of the most influential names in business, and served on prominent boards — including a publicly traded investment company.
(And yes, when the workday winds down, I proudly serve as personal assistant to a black-and-white diva disguised as a cat.)
But none of these milestones truly defines who I am.
About a year ago, I felt a shift —
a quiet urgency I couldn’t ignore —
like a steady tap on the shoulder, calling me toward a new kind of power.
So I listened.
Alongside my day-to-day responsibilities, I committed myself to helping early-career women rise — to be seen, heard, and recognized — drawing from everything I witness daily at the highest levels of business leadership.
But the call didn’t stop there.
It reached deeper into my personal life, tugging at something lasting.
Dreams I had carried quietly were now ready to be realized.
